Stuck in the vicious circle of depression and dry eye
Studying law is a lot of hard work. It is both academically demanding and emotionally intense. I am currently in my senior year and I rarely go to bed before 2-3 a.m. There are days when I find myself with no choice but to pull an all-nighter, missing a night of sleep just to finish my research and assignments. I am always stressed, burnt out, my back hurts and my eyes are tired.
One job, two kids, and years of dry eyes
I am a primary school teacher and I live in Sengkang. My job is not too stressful, but as a single mom, I have a lot on my plate. What with evening tuitions and helping my children with their homework, I end up sleeping quite late. I am so stressed, my eyes hurt, feel heavy and go blurry all the time. This has been going on for a couple of years now.

For many years, I wore eyeglasses to correct my nearsightedness, but to be honest, I found glasses too old-fashioned. It is cooler to wear contact lenses. People use them all the time. They are easy to put-on, convenient, and can even change my eye color! But I never imagined that wearing contacts could cause so much trouble.
